Neglected Shelter Dog Falls Asleep In Her Rescuer's Lap
The poor dog spent the majority of her life in a concrete kennel in a Romanian city pound. She rarely got to go outside, and she had very little human contact. She also had fleas, and she had issues with her spleen and liver that had gone untreated.
