Man sees a terrified dog struggling in the freezing water so he jumps in, risking his life to save the little pooch
Don Chatten was walking his two rescue dogs at Ellicott Creek Dog Park when one of his dogs stopped just under the bridge, looking strange and refusing to move. Don decided to follow along. Not soon after, he heard a faint whimpering coming from the creek.
