This is the heartwarming moment an elephant touches trunks with her daughter and granddaughter after being separated for 12 years. The cute photographs of the reunited elephants were taken at Bergzoo in Germany's eastern city of Halle. Grandmother elephant Pori, 39, lived at the Berlin Zoo for a breeding programme, away from her daughter Tana, 19, had two calves while they were separated and Pori has now met her grandchildren for the first time.
