The guanaco: The guanaco belongs to the camel family, although it lacks the humps. Consider them the llamas' and alpacas' wild relatives. They spit when annoyed, so don't get in a guanaco's face. Guanacos have a calm attitude, so people started to domesticate them for use as pack animals.
