US Presidential Election 2020 Results: Results And Exit Poll In Maps And Charts

After a campaign marked by rancour and fear, Americans on Tuesday decide between President Donald Trump and Democrat Joe Biden. A record-breaking number of early votes more than 100 million have already been cast in the US presidential election that has the nation on edge and is being closely watched in capitals around the world.



However the issues were split along partisan lines with more than four times as many Trump voters saying the economy was the deciding factor, and Biden voters answering racial inequality and the virus. Voters were evenly split on how the US economy was faring, with 48% saying it was in "excellent or good" condition and 50% saying it was "not so good or poor".
